Aim


The main aim of our association is to develop,preserve and maintain the Kerala culture and heritage. within the  catholic community in the way we are following from our ancestors.

NKCA is a non-profit association that has constitution and by-laws. NKCA provides a forum for the Malayalees residing in Newcastle and neighboring areas to meet and exchange views, friendship, goodwill, moral, social, educational, literary, artistic and cultural heritage by grouping all catholic families under one Umbrella.

Develop ,educate and motivate our children's in our own community values and beliefs. Conduct catechism classes ,seminars,dance and & extra curriculum activities with in the community to develop their  hidden talents.

NKCA is conducting numerous programs and activities for our community's well being and its progress. We try to bring in the tradition and culture through our activities and the events we conduct. The Association provides opportunities and encourages its members to participate and take leadership in all activities to enhance their skills and talents.

History


Newcastle Kerala Catholic Association  is established in 2003. The objective of the association is to work for the spiritual and cultural growth of the members and families.

The membership is opened to any malayalee catholic who resides in North east of UK .

Vision Statement


By instilling a sense of pride in being associated with it and thereby motivating the young and old of the Kerala Catholic families residing in North east of UK to join the Society wholeheartedly.


·        By utilizing the inherent talents and strengths of all its members to initiate activities which will implant a sense of belonging and promote fellowship.

.        By creating an atmosphere for constant, innovative and timely improvements with in the organization and its structure.
